Appointments
Although not required, it is
highly recommended that both partners be present at the
initial consultation. Please feel free to list your
questions/concerns as you read our materials and we will be
happy to discuss them with you on your visit to FSAC.
We recommend that you obtain
all medical records, including hysterosalpingogram (HSG) films, operative
reports, and clinic notes prior to your visit.
We use advanced air
purification equipment in our office aimed at optimizing
embryo growth and pregnancy outcomes. We respectfully ask that
our patients not use fragrant perfumes or antiperspirants
before visiting the office. There are non-toxic, organic
products you might consider (e.g., Tom's of Maine
antiperspirant) or, better yet, please apply your personal
hygiene products after your appointment or procedure.
As
a courtesy to patients on our waiting list, we ask you to
inform us at least one week prior to your appointment if you
are unable to make your schedule time.
