Office Hours
Monday through Friday - 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday - 7:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
Because
of the time sensitive nature of the work we do, FSAC is open
365 days a year to serve the needs of our patients.

Emergencies
If you have an urgent need when we are not in the office
please call our main number and the answering service will
contact the physician on call. If you have a life threatening
emergency, dial 911.
