Insurance
The staff at Fertility and Surgical Associates is
well aware of the financial and emotional stress of infertility treatment. Our pricing structure offers an affordable option for IVF patients. Because of our confidence in getting most patients pregnant quickly, our single IVF professional fee provides coverage for up to three (3) IVF cycles. This fee is similar to what many programs charge per attempt.
Our program has saved patients thousands of dollars, without the need for charging large upfront fees or offering confusing rebates.
For your convenience, FSAC is contracted with several insurance companies. Please check with your insurance carrier for benefits. Our business office is available to assist you with your financial questions. Please

you for everything: for working with our schedules, being so patient, giving
great service, guiding us through each procedure, having a phenomenal staff,
being one of the best doctors I've ever had, and for just plain being a funny
