It’s been an amazing year for Jan & I. And, these first four years of our marriage have been so tough. Sometimes I feel like we’ve gone through what most couples spend their lifetime going through. We’ve been in the fear of unknowing, experienced major disappointments, had our dreams taken away from us, experienced tremendous joy, horrible losses, and second chances. Through it all, as a couple, we’ve become closer & closer in our love & respect & our need for each other.

Through this last year, we’ve been walking gently through this journey. You’ve touched our lives and changed our lives in so many ways. You’ve been our guide, our confidant, our coach & teacher. You’ve shown your expertise as a physician through procedures & surgeries and you’ve shown your compassion as a person with your kindness with our loss, fears, and joys. You are the perfect balance of what anyone would hope their doctor to be. Always staying in the balance of confidence and strength with care & understanding.

It’s been out honor and privilege to have been in your care. May you continue to be blessed in your life as you utilize the gifts that have been given to you, not just at your hands & your mind, but also your hear & soul. Thank you for helping is achieve our dream of becoming pregnant, so that we can experience the true miracle of a child of our own.
