Dear Valued Patient,
I am writing to inform you that I will be retiring from clinical practice effective June 1, 2026.
This decision was not made lightly. I have determined that it is the appropriate time for me to step away from full-time practice and focus on my family. While this marks the end of an important chapter in my professional life, it comes with deep gratitude and reflection.
It has been a true privilege and an honor to care for you over many years. The trust you placed in me and the relationships we built have been among the most meaningful aspects of my career. I am sincerely grateful for the confidence you allowed me and for the opportunity to participate in your care.
I will continue seeing patients through May 31, 2026, and will work closely with my partners to ensure a smooth transition of your care. If you have ongoing treatment plans or upcoming appointments, my colleagues will be fully informed and prepared to continue your care without interruption.
I want to assure you that you will continue to receive state-of-the-art, personalized medical care. My exceptionally talented and dedicated partners — Doctors Hubert, Shamonki, Mehr, and Dhesi — will remain at the practice and are fully committed to providing the same high standard of thoughtful, compassionate, and expert care that you have come to expect and deserve.
